Welding is our core business. AWL carries out a whole range of welding techniques. Thanks to years of experience and intensive growth we have developed the knowledge and experience that can be applied in welding technology to provide concepts for welding your products.

Resistance welding

Resistance welding mainly applies to joining thin metal parts together. We employ the following techniques:

• Spot welding
• Projection welding 
• Seam welding

Arc welding

With arc welding an electrical discharge is created between an electrode and the welding material. Arc welding is suitable for creating special joints, joining up various types of materials and other applications. We employ the following techniques:

• MIG-MAG welding
• CMT welding  
• TIG-PLASMA welding

Laser welding

Intensive “light beam” is employed in laser welding which is used for making joints in metals and non-metallic materials (e.g. fibre reinforced plastics). Laser welding has many advantages with regard to the quality and appearance of the joint. We employ the following techniques:

• CO2 laser
• Diode laser
• Fiber laser
• Disc laser
