You cannot avoid having to replace machine parts. AWL has a spare parts list for each specific machine. This will enable you to quickly resume production. AWL is also your partner for spares.

Unexpected damage – caused by particular working conditions or incorrect machine operation – can never be completely ruled out. In such situations you need fast delivery of spare parts.

Every AWL automated welding machine is delivered with a spare parts list with all the specific machine parts. These are all coded in our Product Data Management system which allows us to deliver spare parts throughout the whole year.
Furthermore, we have a spare parts list for all the universal machines spares required for production continuity and they include tensioners, air cylinders, welding cylinders, welding controls, welding transformers and sensors.
