Robot Simulation
Creating virtual simulations of the robot applications beforehand, helps ensure a high level of automated welding machine optimization. The robots are set up optimally because they have already been subject to assessment for process runs, scope and speed analysis and also their interaction with other robots, etc.
This all takes place with the close co-operation of our robot simulation engineers, the machine constructors and the process engineers.
Robot simulation is a powerful tool to simulate the entire application beforehand, so that the process can be optimized and tested during the design phase. This helps to avoid unpleasant surprises later on. If during or after realization of a project it appears that modifications still have to be carried out, the robot simulation provides the possibility to make the changes virtually, and then implement them with the minimum of interference.
With the advantage of Offline programming (OLP), lead times on the shop floor can be cut and higher levels of efficiency of the total process can be achieved.
Competitive engineering reduces the lead time of a project, as both design engineering and robot simulation take place at the same time.
