When building a new machine AWL works according to the object-oriented approach. This means we use standard software building blocks from our library. These blocks have already proven themselves. New machines are build based on these blocks.

The objects contain excellent documentation by means of help-files and extensive diagnostics. It is possible to upgrade the objects to further improve their performance.
Our 3rd generation software is based on Siemens Totally Integrated Automation (TIA), ensuring that critical software objects are given the highest priority in the programming, In other words, when your machine is running, the programme will do what every it takes to make sure the production runs smoothly and uninterrupted. This results in a significant improvement in machine speed of up to 5%.
The library of standard building blocks ensures stability and reliability, and are being used in every (sub) module on the automated welding machine. It also enables a quick change in parts of the program, making it easier and faster than ever. Because the interface between the object is standardized, objects can be exchanged easily without worrying about the effects in the rest of the control system.
