Our way of working
We deliver automated welding machines turnkey. This means that our machines are fully developed, designed and constructed by AWL and that we are the reliable partner with the resources and the skills to implement the project from initial design, right through to machine commissioning.
We take full responsibility for the design, construction, testing and installation into your production process regarding all the welding machines we supply. This includes all cells, system solutions and specials.

4. Project Management
For each project, an AWL project leader is assigned to coordinate your project from beginning to end. This is in order to supervise the technical specifications, delivery times and planning, as well as leading the project team. This ensures that your project is realized to your specifications and within the predetermined conditions.
5. Prototype series
We can carry out a series of tests on your machine at Harderwijk in the Netherlands, thereby ensuring cycletimes, welding quality and end product specifications. So that its ready to be installed into your production line. This can be implemented either as ‘Off tool’ or ‘Off process’. This way ensures that your machine is perfectly adjusted for your product. This reduces machine installation time on location.
6. Commissioning
AWL installs the machine into your production line. This is where the machine is adjusted to the correct parameters and fully tested, resulting in it being ready for production.
7. Training & support
Training is available for operators and maintenance engineers with courses tailor-made to your requirements. Training makes sure that your personnel are able to work as efficiently as possible with the machines.
After delivery has taken place, everything is transferred to our experienced service team.
We are always at your service for technical questions and machine breakdowns, complaints, preventive maintenance or machine extension.
