Enclosures

Enclosures mainly involve high output with uniform quality and low prices. Quality means: Minimum corrosion, high degree of protection and as durable as possible.

The enclosures vary in size from small to large and up to two meters in height. The markets include: Switchboard building systems, data communications systems and climate control systems including air-conditioners and heating systems.

Working conditions and the safety of employees play a large role in sheet metal production. The stringent tolerance and quality requirements are also very important. Production equipment has to be adjusted to meet them all. 
 

Automated welding machines and production lines for Enclosures:

AWL has come up with a range of solutions for enclosures. As standard we supply machine concepts with double turntables and two 6-axis spot welding robots.
