Compact Arc welding Cell

This cell comprises one robot and two insert and weld positions. Welding can have a ‘fixed’ jig position, but also a rotating jig via external robot axes. This compact welding cell provides high levels of robotic efficiency. The Compact Arc Welding Cell takes up a minimum of floor space and is suitable for smaller products in particular.

Basic Arc welding Cell

The efficiency is raised through having two jig positions on the index table. Two robots weld the products while the parts insertion and product removal is carried out by the operator. This cell can be expanded with a third robot. Reasons for using the Basic Arc Welding Cell include: Short cycle times, high welding capacity, compact finish and high levels of production. Furthermore, the cell can easily be expanded with the addition of logistical elements.

Shuttle Arc welding Cell

The Shuttle Arc Welding Cell has either one or two robots on one track allowing them to move along the jigs. This welding cell can be fitted with larger production jigs, therefore making it suitable for arc welding large and heavy products. The robot can be fully utilised as the machines are fitted with two insert and welding positions.
