Robin Le Roy – AWL’s new Sales Network Manager
After successfully having completed ten years of his career at AWL as Sales Engineer and Account Manager, our esteemed colleague Robin Le Roy has accepted a new professional challenge within AWL, as our first and only Sales Network Manager. As such, Robin not only takes responsibility for optimizing cooperation with our valued existing agents, he has also set himself clear targets to further develop our sales network with new agents in new areas.
As many readers may know, AWL supplies both the general industry and the automotive industry, with Western Europe as its primary focus area. AWL is currently active in high-end automatic welding projects in various market segments, such as automotive, heating, construction and sprinklers, among others. Since these projects are expected to increase and spread, even into new areas within Europe, it is only logical that we are looking to be better represented in these areas to ensure the most effective market coverage.
By building up a sustainable network of representative agents, and possibly including service partners, local specialists, installation companies, suppliers etc., AWL expects to gain local commercial and operational leverage in the selected markets. Devoting all of his time and effort into the development of this network, we have committed ourselves 100% to guaranteeing the necessary support. Support such as training, efficient targeting, database sharing, setting up marketing campaigns and, last but far from least, customer visits; everything required to ensure successful cooperation.
When mutual efforts result in qualified leads, an expert AWL Account Manager will be assigned alongside the agent to secure the best technical and commercial follow up.
