AWL ten year certification

Once again AWL has shown that its strategic objectives and ability to meet customer expectations are firmly embedded in the organisation.  The principles employed regarding quality are fully integrated and so AWL can rightly claim to be the Smart – Reliable – Partner. 

AWL has been working very hard on its operational management over the last few years. The core philosophy is about retaining its enterprise culture and together, continuing to develop the AWL organisation in order to provide customers with better service, combined with higher levels of efficiency.
This has lead AWL towards reaching another milestone in its history by securing ISO 9001:2008 certification, being the successor to ISO 9001:2000, and where a number of requirements such as customer satisfaction and the outsourcing policy have been defined in more detail. The certificate was officially handed over on Tuesday 10 March 2009 by Lloyd’s Register Netherlands (ISO auditors).
AWL will continue pursuing its strategic objectives over the coming years. This will involve continual improvement to products by way of new guidelines that come into force in 2010, the use of the latest laser technology in the products, as well as in-depth standardization using modular construction and simple jig exchange.
